Youth who participate in mentoring programs exhibit positive behavior, are cooperative and score high on standardized tests. In addition to professional mentors, we use leadership training techniques with an emphasis on creative gifts and temperament analysis.
DIAMONDS & PEARLS MENTORING AND CHASTITY PROGRAM
Developed by a daughter/mother/grandmother team, Diamonds & Pearls Mentoring and Chastity Program is designed to encourage the social, intellectual, physical, and financial development of the Millennial Generation. Each youth is a unique individual with a variety of interests, needs, and abilities. We need to foster their uniqueness and encourage them to be the best they can.

•Entrepreneurial Presentation
Our entrepreneurial workshops will focus on business opportunities, techniques and practices. Participants will prepare and present a feasible business plan with goals and a life plan.
•Temperament Theory, Analysis & Therapy
The temperament is made up of three specific areas: Inclusion - the intellect; Control - the will or will power; Affection - the emotions. Analysis provides an understanding of individuality and uniqueness. It teaches how to identify hidden problems and helps in understanding why people do the things they do and act the way they act. It is a means for young ladies to understand their inner workings. A person's behavior cannot be measured without taking into consideration the context of which it was created. This is a vital tool in understanding the human body as well as the spirit and soul.
•Parental Interaction
We believe parental interaction is vital. Encouragement from an understanding parent plays a tremendous role in a young person's decision to make and successfully maintain a quality of life decision. Therefore, we offer optional workshops designed to foster a cohesive parent/child relationship.
